As you have probably seen on the website we beat thistle 6-2 in the charity cup which now means we will face Horley i the semi final. Which is being allocated to a midweek game under floodlights at their place!!! As for other fixtures The Dragon vs Frenches has not been played yet and neither has Charlwood Sat res Vs Charlwood Sun

Hullo Tony, A word in your last post caught ones eye namely 'Promotion' not being detrimental to your team or any for that matter, but out of interest where and what league would the top side be promoted to thats of course if they were ambitious enough for that move 'upstairs'?

Hello Rounds - missed you message unfortunately.
Some of the first round games have already come and gone i believe. Horley beat the Sunday reserves i believe, although it was closer than you would imagine.

No idea about when either of the Charlwood sides will play - Mart probably knows?

Hello Mike,

To answer your question, if Limpsfield can get a result against them then we must have a chance!? Left ourselves a lot to do now though to have any chance of promotion. We'll see....

 Next weeks fixtures

According to the fixture list for next week you are away to Caterham OB's, to use a Jose Mourinho expression will you be 'parking your bus' across your goal for the match? I know its cruel but after seeing what they did to Smallfield perhaps it might not be a bad idea!

The following Saturday has thrown up an interesting fixture in your 'neck of the woods' must try and sneak a preview.

Don't concern yourself with the table Mike. I have to say i thought the firsts might push for promotion this year (still might with a bit of a run) but with all the new faces, maybe that was too much to ask in this transitional period?

Anyway, we'll see how it looks when the fat lady starts loosening her vocal chords shall we?
